Zemari Hair Design is a comfortable, clean, unique, and fun atmosphere that
everyone should experience at least once.
We specialize in all hair types, using and selling products for all nationalities.
We invite you to come in, sit back, and relax while enjoying our specialty services,
general services, and vigorous shampoos with scalp massage.
Allow our hostess to pamper you with a choice of several relaxing and nutritious
teas, coffee, and homemade pastry.

Kristin Martin- Co-owner/Salon manager/Stylist
Kristin has over fourteen years of experience in hairstyling. She specializes in
extensions, braiding, weaving, hair repair treatments, ammonia free hair color, dry
hair cutting, relaxers, and much more. She loves to create for individuals looking
for new hair styles.
Barbara Filteau- Co-owner/Business Manager/Hostess
Barbara has over 23 years experience with customer service. She has a passion
for baking, entertaining, and strives to make our clients feel welcome and at home.
Werner Schaefer- Stylist
Werner has over forty years experience in hair design. He specializes in cuts and
blow dry styling with his magical brushes. He speaks fluent German.
Cecelia Viano – Stylist
Cecelia was born in Mexico but moved to New York City where she attended
cosmetology school and worked in a salon in Brooklyn for seven years. She can
cut and style any hair type and also does relaxers, blowouts, sets, color, and more.
She is fluent in Spanish.
Crystal Trahey – Stylist
Crystal has eleven years of experience and is a great asset to our team. She
specializes in cuts for women, men, and children, foiling, color, waxing, bridal and
prom styles, and more.
She is very creative and loves doing make overs, stepping outside the box and
creating different and modern looks.
She says “It is so rewarding to see a smile on a client’s face when I am done with
their hair.”
